By: Marcos Sandoval   After having hand surgery, third baseman Kyle Seager will have to miss 2 and a half months of baseball. The 31 Year Old injured a tendon in his hand on a diving play during a spring training game last week. The original time table would've been around 8 weeks but GM Dipoto extended it to 10-12 weeks. Analyzing The A's Options At Catcher

By: Noah Wright   The A’s have just lost out on resigning their 2018 catcher Jonathan Lucroy. Last season, the former Brewer all-star batted .241/.291/.325 with 4 home runs and was worth 70 wRC+. Defensively, Lucroy was so-so. Granted he was worth -11 DRS, -3.7 framing runs and -.3 dWAR, he did catch 30% of runners trying to take an extra base on him.
